The initiative, which kicked off in January 2026, saw a delegation from CAfPRA visiting the Heritage Foundation—the preeminent conservative think tank that served as a cornerstone for policy guidance during the Trump administration. This collaboration serves as the foundation for the upcoming U.S.-Nigeria Bilateral Summit on Cultural Freedom, a forum designed to bridge the growing divide between the two nations regarding policy formulation, sovereignty, and shared strategic priorities.
